Shipping & Delivery

At this time all products are drop shipped to you directly from Caeli Enterprises' suppliers. Caeli Enterprises has no control over shipping times. While you might receive your order in as little as 3 days, some orders, such as a customized baseball bat, might have a handling time of up to 3 weeks. You will receive updates to your order's status and the tracking number as Caeli Enterprises receives such information from its suppliers.

Please email caelienterprises@gmail.com before ordering internationally. All products may not be available for international orders. Expect an additional charge in addition to the flat rate shipping for international orders.

Privacy & Security

We take your privacy very seriously. We will not sell, rent, or lease your information. We will not share your information, except as required to fulfill your order and as required by law. We use your information to place orders with our suppliers and to send you newsletters if you have so requested. You have the option to unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.

Creating your own user account will give you a personalized and enhanced shopping experience. You will be able to view past orders and store your billing and shipping information as desired.

Our site may include third-party links and affiliate links and ads. We have no control over others privacy policies. Once you have left our site you will no longer be covered by our privacy policy.

Our site utilizes cookies to provide you with a better shopping experience. Cookies will also be used to track any affiliate sales - sales made to third party companies that Caeli Enterprises advertises on its site. You can clear cookies at any time via your browser, but certain information might be lost, and you might have to log-in to your account again. If you disable cookies you may not be able to fully utilize this site.

Affiliate advertising is tracked through Google AdSense, Commission Junction, LinkShare, Amazon.com, and any other advertising/affiliate network that Caeli Enterprises uses. Information tracked include at a minimum the amount of sales made through these affiliate ads and the number of ad views/clicks per day.

Our site utilizes a shared SSL Certificate. You can view the security information at any time by clicking on the padlock icon in your browser that appears when placing an order or logging into your account. Orders and customer account information are secured using up to AES 256-bit High-grade Encryption.

Returns & Replacements

No returns allowed without authorization.

If you receive a damaged or defective product or did not receive what you ordered you must contact us at caelienterprises@gmail.com or call 1-574-862-6213 between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST within 24 hours of receiving shipment. Our ability to accept returns will be based on the policies of our suppliers. Returns may be made for exchange or refund, depending upon the product and the circumstances. Returns must be shipped prepaid but will not be subject to a restocking fee. We are not responsible for broken bats during use or testing.

Please note that due to constant product updates and improvements items may not have the same color or paint scheme as depicted.

If you have problems with the product outside the initial 24 hour period from time of receiving shipment contact the manufacturer to see if your item might be covered under a Manufacturer's Warranty.

Caeli Enterprises, Inc., disclaims all warranties both expressed and implied.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Orders will not be processed until payment is received. We accept payment through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account you can easily sign up for this safe and secure way to make purchases online while protecting your credit card information.

If you do not want to create a PayPal account you will be able to pay by entering your credit/debit card information at the PayPal checkout without creating a PayPal account.

Prices are subject to change at any time.

Viewing Orders

You can view order information, manage newsletter subscriptions, and much more by logging in to your account. Order information will also be sent to you via email.

Updating Account Information

To update your account information simply log-in to your account. You will then be able to manage your shipping and billing addresses, contact information, password, and much more.
